From Atop Tokyo

During the JET Program's 3 day orientation in Tokyo, we stayed at a fancy hotel in Shinjuku which happened to be located fairly close to the 2nd tallest building in the city - the Metropolitan goverment office building. You can take an elevator to the top of this building for free, enjoy the skyline, and maybe buy a souvineer or two.
